Who Are You Calling Crafty?

I want to state up front I am not a fan of Valentine’s Day but this year having a daughter in school has soften me up, so I have started making Valentine’s Day Cards.  I also wanted to join the Crafty Chica’s Valentine’s Link Party.

The other day I was looking for one of my Pop-Up Card Books and I came across a ton of paper!  It was like Christmas – I have a ton of paper.  We also received a box from my in-laws (yummy cookies and other items) this week.  My mother-in-law finds the coolest tissue paper so I needed to do something with the tissue paper.  I decided to make a card, I started layering and playing with the papers.  I liked what was happening but it needed something else – METAL TAPE!  The coolest part with Metal Tape is that you can use paper punches to punch out designs.  I had so much fun punching out and placing the hearts.

My recommendation is to go to your local hardware store and buy some METAL TAPE!!!  It is so awesome and the uses are endless   Also save the cool tissue paper because you can do some awesome stuff with it!
