So last night I found myself starving at 7:30pm – why because I forgot to eat dinner. I was getting the kids situated and I was cleaning it just slipped my mind. I wanted something easy but healthy. I decided I was going to heat up some frozen veggies in a bowl.
While I was waiting for my veggies I decided to see what else I could put with it. It hit me a wrap. I took a tortilla and placed 2 pieces of “flat cheese” and then dumped the veggies over it put it back in the microwave for 30 seconds. Took it out and put sour cream over the top of it. It was so tasty and I see many more of these in my future.

Veggies (I used a small bowl full)
A dab of Sour Cream
Place frozen veggies in the microwave cook for about 2 minutes (until cooked). Take tortilla place cheese on the tortilla. Once the veggies are cooked dump them over the cheese. Place back in the microwave for 30 seconds. Add sour cream and enjoy!
