1 Cup of Dried Pinto Beans
4 Cups Water
2 Cups Salsa
Any spices you desire: Red Pepper, Cumin, Garlic, etc.
Quick soak beans: Boil for 2 minutes let sit for 1 hour. Bring back to a boil for 2 minutes and let simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Remove beans from water and place in a food processor with salsa and puree. Serve with your choice of bread, chips, veggies, etc.
