JELL-O Jelly Beans

Several years ago when I was a poor college student I found myself away from home on Easter but I wanted to do something fun for my friends and I. So I went to the store and found a JELL-O Jelly Bean Tray and bought it so I could make JELL-O shaped like Jelly Beans. I have only made the jelly beans a couple of times because I found not too many people are all that keen on JELL-O. I have always liked JELL-O but 16 servings is even way too much for me to consume before it goes bad. I kept the tray knowing I would use it again some day and yesterday I pulled it out and Jillian, Vincent and I made JELL-O Jelly Beans.

Supplies:
JELL-O Jelly Bean Tray (mine is purple)
2 Big Boxes of JELL-O (2 – 8 serving size boxes)
2 1/2 Cups of Boiling Water
4 Cup Liquid Measuring Cup

Directions:
Lightly spray Jelly Bean Tray with Cooking Spray (Very Important, if you want the beans to come out!) Stir boiling water into gelatin in measuring cup at least 3 minutes until completely dissolved. Pour into tray. Refrigerate at least 3 hours until firm. Dip bottom of tray in warm water about 15 seconds. Flip tray onto plate and the beans should fall onto plate.

Vincent watching the excitement.

Jillian very excited to try the finished product! I made her wait until today to try them.
