Well it is Tuesday and have nothing else to write about because everything is either in the FAIL Stage or the some where in my mind stage I figured it would be recipe time! This recipe came from Rachel Ray 30 minute meals, I was flipping through the channels a couple of years ago and she was making this dip. It had no name so my husband named it Yummus.
1 jar of roasted red peppers in oil (Dollar Store)
1 can of chickpeas
1 pack of Feta (we buy what on special – block Feta is a better value than crumbled)
1 clove of garlic, fresh or minced
Drain peppers. Blend all ingredients in food processor until fully mixed. Can be refrigerated or served immediately. Serve with veggies, pita chips, or bread.
* You can use this as an appetizer or as a meal.
