We moved into our beautiful house 2 3/4 years ago. We painted every room in the house and even disposed of carpeting in one room. One of the two things that has been left unfinished is the kitchen cabinets (the other is the very top of our ceilings we don’t have a tall enough ladder.) I had this brilliant idea to strip them down and stain them a deep mahogany color. Little did I know it would take me this long to finish them. Well today was the day I finished staining my cabinet doors. I had 9 left to strip, sand and stain. After several hours (and a PACKER WIN over Minnesota – happy dance!) I can honestly say the cabinets are done and will be installed tomorrow after they dry. I am so glad my kitchen will be finished tomorrow and it only took 2 and 3/4 years – lol! I will post pictures maybe even some before and after photos some day soon. Now to sit back relax and enjoy the rest of my evening. I have been told I earned a Hot Fudge Sundae (YAY ME 
) I all ready drank the much deserved beer – it was sooooo GOOD!!!!
