Who Are You Calling Crafty?

I know, I know – art blog not a PSA blog but my dad came very close to dying this weekend because he was hit by a drunk driver, who was texting and being chased by police.  She hit my dad (who is a truck driver) going at least 85mph and clipped his fuel tank.  My dad has been driving for over 25 years immediately jumped out of the rig because it already had started on fire.

Amazingly everyone walked away (including the drunk driver) I honestly don’t know how after seeing the photos.  My dad has a guardian angel (I think it is an army) sitting on his shoulder because if you were to see this on the side of the road, you would immediately think no one survived this terrible accident. 

Please take the keys, call a cab.  Friends don’t let friends drive drunk!
