Living in the south I have come to know certain vegetables that I have never would have heard of living up north, quite well. One of those vegetables is okra (not to be confused with orca – even though my phone thinks it is orca not okra – lol).
I decided to fry up some okra this weekend. It was extremely easy I took some coconut oil in my little cast iron frying pan got it hot. I then cut up some okra dread it in some gluten free flour and tossed them in the pan. 2 minutes on either side and done.
