This weekend we took the shed down it was moved to the top of the priority list when Booga knocked it 2″ off center on Friday. I was concerned about how the shed was going to come down having a background in Preservation you always expect the worse (building falling). Thankfully that did not happen and everyone got to part take in the fun.
Starting on the shed
I started power washing but had to stop. because I ran out of gas.
Making progress – can you spot the Booga?
Helping daddy pick up shingles
Got tired of helping – now just supervising
Day one reward
Day 2 – removing nails from the roof so it the roof will come down
Roof gone – time to call in the help
The helpers inspecting our handy work
The helpers getting to work

The last piece down
Moved the rose bush (in the rain)
I also moved the gardenia bush in the rain (that was a pin those roots were HUGE!)
What the backyard looks like with no shed. Now to remove the wood and finish the power washing.
We made quite a bit of progress even though Mother Nature was only partially on our side. We have a giant pile of wood in the backyard that will hopefully be gone very soon. I also plan on finishing the power washing of the fence this week. More beautification photos coming soon.
