What Have I Been Doing…

Obviously not blogging.  In my defense I did bruise the bone in my wrist making doing anything, including typing hurt quite bad.  I also decided to use my magical powers (okay not really magic) and get rid of Vista off the laptop.  Much to my surprise installing Windows 7 was far easier than I had hoped and the laptop is running better than it has in its life.

I have also been creating ornaments for my Etsy Shop and when I mean creating ornaments I mean lots of ornaments.  I created 20 in four hours (really, insanity and I am having a blast).

I also started writing again after meeting some of the authors at Children’s Book Fest this past weekend I have this idea I am currently working on getting down on paper.  If you follow me on Instagram you will know I had the opportunity to meet some famous children’s book authors this past weekend (Marc Brown, Peter Brown, Nick Bruel and James Dean).

My phone is also dying a very slow painful death meaning I can’t write posts from my phone anymore.  I actually wrote several from my phone curled up on the couch at night, now that the laptop is back that will probably resume.  I honestly haven’t been “crafty” in the how-to sense I have been creating as an artist.  I also lose sight of why I created my blog originally it was to keep track of my projects.  I guess in a sense I am getting back to my roots showing progress photos of what I am working on.
